   Welcome to our site. We are proud to have the opportunity to care for the children in this community. Finding the right care for your child should give you a sense of comfort and confidence knowing that your child's well-being and development is the top priority.

   The United Methodist Children's Learning Center (U.M.C.L.C.) and The Early Years was organized to provide a Christian atmosphere for the play and development of Infants 6 weeks to age 5. We think that through play, children develop social skills, strengthen their physical skills, absorb and utilize new information, and to explore their creativity. Our program is structured to allow for this important playtime, while providing activities for development of the "total child". To this, our teachers add a variety of positive experiences, activities appropriate to this age group and information about the child's world around him that are necessary for his total development.
